Founded in 1991– With 1 pool, we have grown to over 1000 weekly cleans.

We strive to maintain our small business integrity with large business resources.

Philosophy and Culture — At Island Time Pool Service we maintain  a commitment to excellent service, absolute honesty, and integrity.

Immediate Response — When you call, you speak to a person. We do our very best to answer all calls and prevent you from having to leave a message during normal business hours (Monday through Friday 8 am to 3 pm). Outside of business hours we utilize an “Emergency Line”, monitored  by our answering service, for those rare emergencies that require immediate attention.

We employ a notification alert system.  Our cleaners inspect the equipment at each visit and report any problems to our service department.  This allows us to proactively reach out to you, the customer, when a repair needs to be made.

Highly experienced Repair and Service Crews — We have some of the best pool repair technicians in the industry. As well as some of the most highly trained service personnel. They all benefit from higher than industry standard, pay and health benefits. How does this benefit you? This allows us to attract honest, hardworking individuals with great attitudes to care for your pool, with low employee turnover. Additionally we carry general liability insurance.
