Description of weekly service provided: Check and balance chemicals Empty all baskets and nets Skim pool surface Backwash or clean filter as recommended Vacuum pool (As needed-vacuuming is done at the discretion of the serviceman) Brush walls and steps Leave a “skimmer tag” telling what day, what time, and who provided service Identify any problems or needed repairs and report to our office |

Repair services: Minimum service fee - Parts as needed Labor calculated on an individual basis Free estimates will be given for all jobs before work begins |

Remove any lights, turn off water, drain pool Perform acid wash Replace lights Fill pool and add basic chemicals |

Acid Wash |
|
Start up will include the following: Start and check filter pump and heater for proper operation Check and set bypass valves for correct heater operation Light pilot (if applicable), bleed air out of gas line Start heater and check for correct operation Check gas pressure to verify proper operating conditions Give an estimate for heater repairs as needed |

Fall Pool / Spa Heater Checkup |

Diatomaceous Earth (DE) filter inspection Disassemble filter Clean and inspect filter grids - replace as necessary Inspect filter seal (o-ring) - replace as necessary Assemble filter add DE and inspect for proper operation
